RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

You can return or exchange items purchased on this site within 30 days of delivery date. All returned or exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in their original condition with the tags attached. We can only accept returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased through this site. Merchandise purchased at retail stores must be returned to the store in which they were purchased.

RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS

You may request a return by looking up your order. Select the item you wish to return and complete the online form. Please print this e-mail to include in your return box.
Returns and exchanges must be mailed to the address indicated on the return authorization e-mail.
Pack and seal your box securely, in the original packaging if possible. BO&NIC does not provide free returns. We recommend shipping returned merchandise via an insured mailing service and retaining the tracking number for your reference. Please be sure to request adequate insurance to cover the shipment. We will will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.
